Compensation: $216,400 to $270,500, with benefits including a 15% contribution toward retirement, Flexible Spending Accounts, health/welfare benefits, PTO, life insurance, opportunities for annual performance increases and incentives, and professional development opportunities.
Social Media Marketing Specialist @ Ed2Market
Location: Remote

Job Summary: As HR Generalist you’ll be supporting approximately 250 employees in the US and about 50 employees internationally. Head of Growth Marketing @ Ello
Location: New York

Job Summary: As Head of Growth Marketing you’ll lead the design, development, and scaling of Ello’s growth engine. The role involves lowering the blended CAC and driving user acquisition across various performance marketing channels. Responsibilities include managing paid acquisition, email marketing, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization. As a key member of the team, you'll influence the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have a proven history of scaling marketing channels in a D2C business, at least 3 years of experience in high-growth and performance marketing, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
Compensation: The base salary for this role is 135K to 175K based on experience. This role would also be eligible for equity
