Their engagements draw from five service lines—program and strategy design, evaluation, capacity building, technical assistance, and communication to help their clients do even better as they work to advance social change.
Job Summary: As Communications Consultant you’ll be responsible for coordinating and implementing strategic communication activities under the Vice President of Thought Leadership. The role involves designing, editing, and creating project reports and communication channels from both internal and external perspectives, with a focus on racial equity. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with project teams and clients to provide editorial and design feedback, coordinate product releases, and support communications campaigns.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in liberal arts, communication, marketing, or journalism, strong writing skills, knowledge of website, e-newsletter platforms, and expertise in social media management.

Operations Associate @ Canopy Ed Tutoring
Location: Hybrid, Baton Rouge, Louisiana
EdFocus: PreK-5th Grade
Mission: Canopy Ed Tutoring partners with schools and districts throughout the state to provide after school and summer options small group literacy tutoring. Their tutors are current and former educators, passionate about ensuring students gain the skills necessary to be competent and confident readers.
Job Summary: As Operations Associate (OA) you’ll work closely with the COO to ensure the smooth operation of program for students, families, and tutors. The OA will handle administrative tasks like onboarding new tutors, maintaining staff databases, managing schedules, and payroll. Additionally, you’ll manage data, run reports, and handle communication with tutors and families. Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel, along with a willingness to learn new technology, is essential. The ideal candidate should be customer-service oriented, enjoy a variety of tasks, work well in a team, and be aligned with the organization's mission of promoting kids' learning to read. Education or teaching experience is preferred.

Unity Engineer @ Floreo
Location: Remote

Mission: Floreo uses virtual reality to teach social, communication, behavioral, and life skills. Their immersive VR experiences are based on established, science-backed techniques and designed to be used in therapy, educational, or family settings
Job Summary: As HR Generalist you’ll be supporting approximately 250 employees in the US and about 50 employees internationally. This role requires a well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible individual, capable of managing various HR functions independently. Responsibilities include onboarding, terminations, performance management, employee compensation matters, and global policy coordination. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and HR software. Job Summary: As Account Executive you’d be selling the Osso suite of solutions to new logo accounts, focusing on licensing, VR content builds, and support services in the medical field. Success in this role entails developing strategic territory planning to build a pipeline and close deals, meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual targets, and building credibility and trust to influence buying decisions. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of full cycle SaaS or tech sales experience, a passion for healthcare and patient safety, and an interest in the power of virtual reality. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with various Osso business units, including Marketing, Partner Success, Revenue Operations, and Sales Development. Experience with Salesforce as well as adult learning, simulation, and technical training is a plus.
Compensation: The base salary for this role is $115,000-$150,000 base plus commission as well as equity options.
